This Shipping & Delivery Policy applies to all retail, flower bar, boutique, and wholesale orders placed with Tamega Flower Farm. 

1. Delivery Area

We offer local delivery within a 40-mile radius of Burnet, Texas.

Delivery availability is determined by distance, order size, and scheduling availability. We reserve the right to decline delivery outside this radius.

Customers located beyond the 40-mile radius may contact us to inquire about special arrangements, though delivery is not guaranteed.

2. Delivery Scheduling

  • Delivery dates and times are scheduled in advance and subject to availability.

  • Delivery windows are estimated and may vary due to traffic, weather, or farm conditions.

  • Someone should be available to receive the delivery unless prior arrangements have been made.

We are not responsible for flowers left unattended unless explicitly agreed upon in writing.

3. Delivery Fees

  • Delivery fees are calculated based on distance, order size, and labor required.

  • All delivery fees will be communicated prior to order confirmation.

  • Delivery fees are non-refundable once delivery has been attempted.

4. Pick-Up Orders

Customers may choose farm pickup or an agreed-upon pickup location instead of delivery.

  • Pickup times must be scheduled in advance.

  • Orders not picked up at the scheduled time may affect flower quality, and refunds are not guaranteed.

5. Shipping

At this time, we do not offer nationwide or out-of-state shipping. Due to the perishable nature of fresh flowers and the importance of quality control, all orders must be picked up or delivered locally within our service area.

6. Responsibility & Risk of Loss

  • Responsibility for flowers transfers to the customer once the order is delivered or picked up.

  • We are not responsible for damage caused by heat, cold, improper storage, or delayed receipt after delivery.

7. Weather & Force Majeure

Delivery schedules may be affected by weather events, road conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, we will communicate promptly to reschedule or adjust delivery when possible.

8. Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
